No shipping cost is shown at checkout as we need the weight and dimensions of shipments to calculate carriage - if you would like a shipping quote please contact us at [email protected] giving an idea of which products/quantities you wish to order.
Delivery services require a signature; therefore, we ask that you please choose a delivery address where someone will be available to sign. Please provide an accurate email address and telephone number for courier updates and delivery slot.
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible but please allow up to 5 working days - our current turnaround time is always displayed at the top of the website.
UK DELIVERY
Boxed notions orders only - (Excluding orders with fabric) over £500 (ex VAT) - carriage paid (except Northern Island, Islands & Highlands)
UK Mainland - boxed orders (Excluding orders with fabric) under £500 (ex VAT) - £10 per consignment (usually next working day service DHL)
Boxed orders (Excluding orders with fabric) Northern Ireland, Islands & Highlands - £20 per consignment (2 working day service), Channel Islands & IOM £30.
All areas - orders including cloth on rolls and other fabric - carriage charge is calculated at cost using DHL or UPS according to the size/weight of the parcel(s) and delivery destination (estimate 2 working day service) - estimate £12 one box, £20 + VAT for a parcel of cloth on rolls, two parcels £28 (variable).
Advised minimum order £200.00.
EUROPEAN DELIVERY - EORI required!
The carriage charge is calculated at cost according to the size/weight of the parcel(s) and delivery destination. The charge is calculated upon entering the delivery address. We use a number of shippers including UPS, DHL and FedEx, which gives us access to competitive rates.
There may be local import duties/costs on receipt of the goods for which the importer is liable.
Advised minimum order €240.00.
USA DELIVERY
The carriage charge is calculated at cost according to the size/weight of the products and delivery destination. The charge is calculated upon entering the delivery address. We use a number of shippers including UPS, DHL and FedEx, which gives us access to competitive rates.
US customers are permitted to import up to $800.00 worth of goods before duties apply, in line with the de minimis agreement.
Any order placed after the 29th August that will be entering the USA will be subject to duties irrespective of value. If you wish to try and estimate your import duties, there is a useful tool you can use HERE - you will need the country of origin and commodity code of products which can be found on your previous final invoices.
We are currently looking into other possibilities and will continue to update our valued US customers as things become clearer. In the meantime, if you want to stay ahead of the changes, we advise placing any orders before 20th August although we can’t guarantee that duties won’t be levied due to unknown factors like increased volume of imports into the USA ahead of changes.
We will be following the news closely in the lead up to the 29th. If there’s anything we can do to ease this transition, we want to assure you that we will be making it a priority.

Please note for AU and NZ the de minimis threshold is $1000 AUD/NZD, depending on the exchange rate around £450 GBP, orders over this will be subject to duties.
